Along with maintaining the investments that the people of Nebraska have made in University facilities, we are constructing and building our state’s future. We take that mission seriously. From capital construction to renovations, space management to real estate, we are here to ensure the facilities of the University are not just spaces—but places. FP&CP Services Functions include managing building projects (renovation or new construction) of $500K and above. Capital Construction Capital Construction Functions include managing building projects (renovation or new construction) of $500K and above. Small Projects Small Projects Functions include managing building projects (renovation or new construction) of $500K and below. Functions include building inspection, fire prevention, building-related life safety and code enforcement. Building and Fire Safety Building and Fire Safety Functions include building inspection, fire prevention, building-related life safety and code enforcement. Functions include maintaining space inventory and planning, allocating, and managing university facilities space. Functions include creating and implementing the University of Nebraska master plan, capital development plan and facilities framework.
